BRATISLAVA, February 18th, 2010

Slavia Capital Group plans to float a bond issue totaling EUR 7 million with par value of EUR 10,000 per bond. Proceeds will be used to restructure the group's debts. The issue will start on March 9 of this year for an estimated period of six months. The bonds will earn fixed coupon equaling seven percent p.a., which will be paid semi-annually. They will mature on March 9, 2013, according to data published by the company. The issue price has been set at 90 to 100 percent of the bond’s par value. Slavia Capital Group will issue the bonds in book-entry form and they will not be issued based on a public offering. Slavia Capital does not intend to apply for the bond’s admission on the listed bond market on the Bratislava Stock Exchange or any other stock market.
